An armed group operating in Laboule 12, is indexed in the disappearance of Amady John Wesley and Louis Saint Wilgens, two Haitian journalists who work for online media (said digital media). The latter were assassinated in Laboule 12 while working on a report on a conflict involving the armed group of Laboule 12 and another led by Christ for a few days.

Laboule 12 is the only practicable path for a person who wants to go to the great south of the country. Because of the gang war, the road to Martissant is impassable and it is at the risk of his life that a person dares to take this path.

Amady John Wesly, works for Écoute Fm, a web-media and he is a member of the Vice News team in Haiti, Louis Saint Wilgens, he works for Safe News Haiti led by influencer Kesnel Dorléan, former cameraman reporter of Haiti Buzz.

From 2015 to January 2022, several journalists were assassinated, the PHTK regime (Haitian Party Tèt Kale) established its own record. Amady and Wilgens come to increase a long list on which is the name of the photojournalist Vladjimir Legagneur, assassinated on March 14, 2019 in Grand-Ravine while he was working on a report, as well as Rospide Pétion assassinated on June 10, 2019, Diego Charles, journalist Radio-vision 2000, June 30, 2021 to name a few.

Note that since the assassination of Jacques Roche, no file of murdered journalists has been the subject of a serious judicial follow-up, the investigation is still continuing.
