Discussion with Chef Effen-Berg Alfred on giraumon soup and Haitian cuisine 

The recipe for giraumon soup, culinary art and symbol of independence in Haiti, recognized as Intangible Cultural Heritage of Humanity by UNESCO. A decision of the intergovernmental committee of the 2003 Convention which decided to inscribe “Giraumon soup” on the representative list of the intangible cultural heritage of Humanity.
