The head of the Haitian government appoints a new municipal commission in Arcahaie

The government authorities published this Saturday, May 14, 2022, an order appointing a new Municipal Commission at the head of the Municipality of Arcahaie, responsible for managing the collective interests of the Municipality, pending the elections. 

Indeed, a decree which bears the signature of the head of government Dr. Ariel Henry and all of his ministers, was published on Saturday May 14, 2022, in the official journal of the Republic, Le Moniteur, appointing a municipal commission to the head of the Commune of Arcahaie. 

This Commission, made up of Jean Ednet GILLES, president, Jean Hervé SAINVIL, and Charlène NOËL, members, aims to manage the collective interests of the Commune, until the next elections. 

In addition, the current Commission which was appointed by former President Jovenel Moïse, is revoked. This Commission was made up of Gitanie Revange, Hubert Duvert and Pierre Lunick Joseph, the latter were appointed by Jovenel Moïse in 2020.
